Borussia Dortmund is working on a double deal to sign Chelsea duo Aaron Anselmino and Carney Chukwuemeka.
Chukwuemeka spent the second half of last season on loan in Dortmund, where he made 17 performances and helped the German side at the Champions League qualification. The 21-year-old is enthusiastic about a return to the Westfalenstadion, despite rival interest from Juventus.
Chelsea is not willing to punish another loan movement for the midfielder and insist on a permanent transfer. The West -Londers have already rejected various approaches to Dortmund, who still have to meet the valuation of Chelsea.
Dortmund is also interested in signing center-back Aaron Anselmino on loan. Enzo Maresca has confirmed that the 20-year-old will leave temporarily and the player has accepted a move to Germany.
“With Aaron he trains with us, trains very hard and is a fantastic boy,” the Italian explained to his pre-West Ham press conference.
“He is really a good player, but he has to play games. He is another who waits for a solution [over a loan move]. “
Fabrizio Romano reports that Chelsea is willing to punish the loan from Anselmino to Dortmund, although only as a deal for Chukwuemeka is permanent.
