It was also awarded a Visa outsourcing contract by the High Commission of the Republic of Cyprus, expanding its services to South Africa, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mauritius, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, Madagascar, Malawi and Mozambique. In addition, the company has also signed contracts with Cyprus for other countries, including China, Mongolia, Cambodia, Laos and Kazakhstan.
It secured a project from the Government of Bihar worth Rs. 100 Crores, for setting up Permanent Enrollment Centers (PEC) for Aadhar, facilitating accessibility and empowering the citizens of Bihar for securing digital identity. This order is in addition to the recent order received from the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) to establish and operate Aadhar Seva Kendras pan India worth Rs 2055.35 crore. The company said it has also extended its nationwide contract with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide attestation and apostille services in 17 major centers.

The third quarter was a strong quarter for the company as revenue grew 43.6% year-over-year, supported by healthy momentum in both the visa and consular services and digital services segments.
“EBITDA for the quarter increased 25.3% year-on-year, while PAT recorded 33.1% year-on-year growth, reflecting disciplined execution and operational efficiency,” he said.
“Visa and consular services revenue recorded 19.6% year-on-year revenue growth, driven by 17.7% growth in the number of applications processed,” he added.
