The coming season is an important year for the Milwaukee Bucks. Rumors have spread this season that two -time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo could ask for an exchange. For now, the 30-year-old is still a member of De Bucks. When the bucks broke up this season with Damian Lillard, they lost a legitimate scorer in their selection. He on average 24.9 points per match in 2024-25.
Kyle Kuzma’s 14.5 points per match was the next nearest last season, a full 10 points less than Lillard. Without the production of Lillard, Giannis Antetokounmpo will take on an incredible challenge. On the Moves podcast post, Blake Griffin said that he believes that Giannis Antetokounmpo MVP will win in 2025-26. He argued that Giannis will play almost 40 minutes a night. Griffin said that Antetokounmpo will have to assume the challenge of wearing the team. He has done it in the past, but never at this level. The second best player in the schedule of Milwaukee is Center Myles Turner.
Last season he was an average of 15.6 points per game for the Pacers. Milwaukee also has Kyle Kuzma as a different scoring option. Giannis Antetokounmpo has to be on average more than 30+ points per match next season. James Harden’s 36.1 points per game average in 2018-19 is the highest in modern NBA.
