The technical report has been prepared in accordance with the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum Definition Standards for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves, adopted on May 10, 2014, and in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and supports the Company’s disclosure in its press release dated September 8, 2025, in which the results of the updated mineral resource are announced. estimate for Tonopah West.
