Nate Geraci, president of the ETF store, believes that the world’s largest asset manager – BlackRock – will request an XRP ETF.

If it is true and if history is an indicator, this can have a positive effect in the long term on XRP as an active, in the footsteps of ETH and even BTC.

Blackrock XRP ETF An opportunity according to expert

Geraci believes that it is only logical for BlackRock to submit an XRP ETF. He mentioned the asset manager’s attempt to position himself as a ‘thinker’, and thinks it would not be logical for the financial colossus to ignore a top five cryptocurrency with non-stablecoin through total market capitalization. He also thinks the company will submit a spot Solana (SOL) ETF.

He also believes that they will request an index -based crypto ETF:

If you are launching index-based crypto ETF (of which I am sure they will do), you will launch individual spot ETFs. I get the “BlackRock is completely in ETH”, or “they think XRP is lighting up.” This is all about things. They do not open and pursue any extra spot ETFs imo.

He added that Blackrock by not adding more individual spot -ETFs would essentially send a message to their customers and potential investors that “there will only be two winners in Crypto: BTC and ETH.”

He also said they are still early because one of their most important competitors still follows the meta “blockchain, not bitcoin”.

XRP ETFS the new meta?

It may be safe to assume that a large deterrent for large -scale asset managers to submit XRP ETFs The ambiguity around the legal status was amidst the case between the US Securities and Exchange Commission and Ripple Labs.

Now that this has almost been resolved, and after the new crypto-oriented focus of the committee, his investors and asset managers are much more confident in the US-based crypto company. This is also largely reflected in the price of XRP, which has risen no less than 400% in the past year.

Several companies have already applied for a place XRP ETF, including Franklin Templeton, Bitwise, Canary Capital, Grayscale, 21Sharse and Wisdomtree.
