Black Friday “Land Grab” from Oliver Hume is supplied with discounts of up to $ 48,000.
The sale of Black Friday is coming to Victoria’s housing goods, with a large planning discount from the land sale group up to $ 48,000 in an August campaign named after the US Bargain Bonanza.
The substantial reductions can make themselves worse into important mortgage savings for those who get one, but with only 90 blocks available for the cut -off on nine estates, the first, first served, it is expected that the event is competitive.
And although the sale will take place three months before the traditional Black Friday sales event, planned for November 28 this year, it is unlikely that buyers can have a house in the time for Christmas – although they can get going well if they are determined to get the ultimate gift.

Unexpected list of the most sold suburbs of Melbourne
Project marketing company Oliver Hume Property Group has tailored the “Land Grab” sales event on 22-24 August, with buyers who can be blocked country for houses and mansions with discounts of $ 25,000- $ 48,000.
Blocks will be available in the West, North and South Eastern growthorridors in Melbourne and in regional areas such as Geelong and Ballarat.
Julian Coppini, Chief Executive of Oliver Hume Property Group, said that a number of developers in Melbourne came back on the land in the past month, but with the sale of July more modest than expected, the promotion was lit because “the market needs it”.
“And if consumers can buy clothing, electric and white goods online, why not real estate?
“In the true spirit of a Black Friday sale, we worked with some of the best developers in the country to offer savings that will make a huge difference when it comes to buying and building your house.”
Woons goods in Melbourne and regional Victorian cities of Geelong and Ballarat are included in the Black Friday promotion.
Julian Coppini believes that there is still time for buyers to get discounts on blocks, but only for a few months.
It will also have a hint of the Cyber Monday event, where customers stand online for the first coming, first experienced sales.
Historically, many land releases were performed on the spot – so that people stand in line for days, similar to Black Friday events, in particular in the United States.
Although Mr. Coppini said that the Landmarkt of Victoria showed Groene Scheuten, it would still be next year before it had the power that would remove the need for all the stimuli – although he was not sure that a similar discount schedule would be repeated in the near future.
“November (when Black Friday takes place traditionally) will be too late, given the expected interest rate letings,” he said.
“We would consider looking at it in other states, but they are not struggling at the moment, so there are no discounts in West -Australia, Adelaide or Southeast Queensland.”
Mr. Coppini said he could not remember the last time that he would oversee discounts to $ 48, and that it would be “there” with the best offered last year or so.
Villewood Properties MT Duneed Estate is one of those who offer discounts.
The Redstone estate of Villewood is being built in a picturesque part of Sunbury.
He said that although there was one remote block at 700 m², most of the bigger offers 400 m² M-500SQ mm were-and more modest men’s homeplots would offer affordable options for buyers from the first house.
With each block of land entitled in the sale, buyers could probably get planning and construction fairly quickly – but large builders said it would be unlikely that they could have a house on time for Christmas.
