De Ville is Manly’s latest luxury development, aimed at downsizers who want a great location and top finishes.
Launching this week, it consists of 12 apartments and, in a first for Manly, 10-year hidden defects insurance.
Dax Whitehead of Belle Property Manly says the developers are so confident in the quality and longevity of their work that they offer the most generous defect insurance, the gold standard in building protection.
The two and three bedroom apartments have two or three bathrooms and space for one or two cars. The apartments, located at 11 Victoria Pde, are being sold as planned with prices ranging from $3.5 million to $14 million.

Some apartments in the block will have both harbor and ocean views.
Construction will start next month and completion is expected at the end of 2027.
The apartments were designed by Platform Architects.
The seven-storey development will include five ground floor retail and commercial units, two floors of basement parking and six two-bedroom apartments, three three-bedroom apartments and three full-floor apartments – one with a roof terrace.
Construction will start next month and completion is expected at the end of 2027.
De Ville is located on the harbor side of Victoria Pde. Many of the apartments will have views of both the ocean and the harbor and a Grade II listed building – from which the building takes its name – will be included in the development.
Designed by Platform Architects, the Ville will feature striking vertical brickwork on the outside and marble and wooden features on the inside, oversized internal accommodation and terraces with water views.
The Ville is built over seven levels.
The block is expected to attract owner-occupiers from the upper and lower north coast.
The apartments on the lower levels have generous courtyards, while the upper floors enjoy panoramic views and sea breezes. The design is inspired by the ebb and flow of the water: there are curved walls, curved glass balustrades on the terraces and an emphasis on both views and privacy.
The main bedrooms have marble bathrooms with a freestanding bath, double sinks and walk-in wardrobe. The kitchens have a choice of veined stone worktops.
De Ville is located just 100 meters from the harbor and quay and 200 meters from the ocean.
“I expect that investors will be interested in the two-bedroom apartments, that owner-occupiers in the larger apartments and downsizers from the upper and lower north coast will be attracted to the penthouses,” says Whitehead.
