Better Home & Finance Holding Co. announced Monday that it has appointed Loveen Advani as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
The New York-based company said Advani will oversee financial strategy as the company enters its next phase of growth.
“Loveen is a seasoned strategic and operational finance leader with a strong track record of guiding companies through growth and transformation,” said Vishal Garg, CEO and founder of Better. “He has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to align strategy, capital allocation and execution. His experience and leadership style will be instrumental as we execute on our strategic priorities in our next chapter of anticipated growth.”
Advani brings experience in strategic finance, operational efficiency, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Finance Zeta Globalan artificial intelligence-powered marketing technology company, and he led the company’s initial public offering (IPO) and executed multi-year financial and operating plans.

Before Zeta Global, Advani was senior vice president of financial planning, analysis and investments at LivePersonwhich oversees global financial operations. Earlier in his career, Advani was head of business development at Inovalon after the IPO. He also held positions in business development and financial planning Etna And IBM.
Advani replaces Better’s former CFO Kevin Ryan, who announced on September 30 that he was retiring from Better and joining PennyMac financial services as CFO.
