Belal Muhammad hoped for a scrap with Drus Du Plessis in a parking lot in Chicago.
On Saturday evening, Du Plessis placed the UFC Middenweight Championship at stake against Khamzat Chimaev. All of this was all ‘Borz’, who effectively used his grasp advantage to appreciate a clear unanimous decision gain and the 185-pound title.

Muhammad recently told the Schmo that he had hoped for a home fight against another rival in Kamaru Usman. “Remember the name” joked that the Usman’s manager protects his hunter. Muhammad and Usman share the same manager, who is Ali Abdelaziz.
That means it is clear that Mohammed is planning to stay with good weight. If the opportunity arises for a collision with Du Plessis, the conversation can change.
