We need an independent, contemporary person with an understanding of working and educational groups, with an interest in learning and with an active view of what visual communication is and can be in the future. The service is a part-time service.
Tasks
The duties mainly consist of teaching in the form of guidance, examination, course development and planning of planned courses aimed at developing the artistic, critically reflective and communication skills of the students. The courses may include lectures, seminars, thematic projects and workshops. Education takes place in groups as well as in the form of individual guidance and is often done in collaboration with invited guest teachers.
The service also includes the joint work of the university, for example participating in the admission work of new students and/or representing them in a working group or a decision-making body.
The service is part of the Visual Communication education program.
Your profile
You who are looking must meet the following criteria:
- Experience with moving images in any form
- Performs practical exercises in the field of visual communication
- Master the programs in Adobe Creative Suite
- Is curious about new technology and crafts
- Is interested in visual communication and design in the contemporary world and in the world
- Experience with teaching in any form
- Thrives in collaboration and has good organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- You have a bachelor’s degree in visual communication, film or adjacent space
Merit is:
- Pedagogical training at university
- MA within the relevant field
- A national and international network
