Bayern Munich was supposedly furious with the Nick Woltemade Summer Transfer -Saga, because they eventually missed his signature to Newcastle United.
The talented Young Germany International eventually moved to St James’ Park and gave Eddie Howe an ideal replacement for the departing Alexander Isak.
Yet it looked for a while that Woltemade could make the switch to Bayern instead, and it seems that the Bavarian giants are still furious about how this happened.
According to journalist Danny Kelly, that is on the View from the lane podcastWhile he explained that Woltemade probably chose not to go to Bayern because of the presence of Harry Kane in front.

Kelly discussed Woltemade and his situation and said: “Everything I will say about it, and by talking to my colleagues at Trans Europe Express [podcast]Is that Bayern Munich stands outside himself with anger that Nick Woltemade went to Newcastle.
“They thought he would be automatically directly in the Bayern team, but part of the reason he didn’t go, was of course because he knew he would not get a playing time in advance in advance [ahead of Harry Kane]. He wants to play as a striker and he did not go to Munich for that exact reason.
“So Munich are furious in himself and the boy to have this situation developed.”
Newcastle fans will certainly be pleased to hear this because they have clearly landed a great talent.
If a top European giant as Bayern Woltemade wanted so much, then it gives you an idea of how well he could become.
The 23-year-old has so far one goal in four performances for the Magpies, but after a little more time to settle, he should prove to be a really useful option in advance.
