Xander Schauffele is the No. 4 player in the world, but he hadn’t won since last summer. That didn’t bother him on Sunday in Japan.
Schauffele shot a 64th in the final round at Yokohama Country Club on Sunday to pull away from Max Greyserman and earn his 10th PGA Tour title at the Baycurrent Classic.
“I was confident. I had absolutely no doubts,” Schauffele said. “I think every player in any sport at some point feels like he’s on top of the world and then you feel like you haven’t lost the world, but you have less self-confidence. I have a very good team around me, they pick me up when I’m down. You know, this is very special for me.”

In the final round of the 2025 Baycurrent Classic, Xander Schauffele shot a 7-under 64 to finish at 19-under for the tournament, claiming his 10th PGA TOUR victory.
Greyserman had a chance to force a miracle play-off with his approach on the 72nd, but his second shot stopped just two feet short of the cup.
Schauffele made par on the 72nd to earn his 10th career PGA Tour victory and a $1.314 million winner’s check.
