Basketball player Jarred Shaw is confronted with a possible death sentence in Indonesia about cannabis gummies

The American basketball player Jarred Shaw is currently confronted with the death penalty in Indonesia after he was arrested for receiving imported cannabis gummies, which are illegal in the country.

Shaw, who played for Pawira Bandung in the Indonesian Basketball League (IBL), told The guardian That the gummies would treat his Crohn’s disease.

After taking the package from the lobby of his apartment complex on 7 May, the Indonesian police seized 132 pieces of cannabis candy.
