-Fiat Chrysler has backup camera problems in RAM Promaster 2019-2021 and 2019-2020 Dodge Journey vehicles.
A recall of approximately 220,000 of those vehicles has been announced because the rear view camera may not be displayed. A driver can see an empty, black, blue or vice versa screen instead of the rear -view image.
Chrysler blames the problem in the microprocessor of the back -up camera.
