Celebrity couple Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich are selling their luxury Gold Coast pad
Bachelor couple Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich have put their Gold Coast apartment up for sale, just months after their long-awaited move to the lavish beachfront property.
The celebrity couple, who fell in love on the first season of The Bachelor Australia in 2013, bought an apartment in the 25-storey Mondrian Building, which was home to the Glitter Strip city’s newest five-star hotel in Burleigh Heads.
They bought the luxury three-bedroom fourth-floor unit for about $2.5 million in 2021, four years before moving from Sydney with their two young daughters, Elle and Ruby, in June after the tower was completed.

But the high-profile couple announced they would auction the property after deciding to return to Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
Heinrich joked about throwing in the agent’s red Ferrari, seen in the ownership video, for the lucky buyer.
“We are selling our Gold Coast pad after much deliberation.
“Ferrari not included… but if the price is right, I might be able to talk Ed into throwing it in!”
The property at 405/58 The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads is being marketed by coastal agent Ed Cherry and will go under the hammer on November 7.

“They’re moving back to Sydney to be closer to their family,” Cherry said.
“Anna has two sisters there and they are very close.
“The Mondriaan has a courtesy car that can take you to and from the airport, which is nice for them because they drive back and forth from Sydney three times a week, but it’s just too much for them.”
The ocean view apartment features high-quality contemporary interiors across a 183 m² floor plan, anchored by an open-plan living room and kitchen with natural stone sofas and a butler’s pantry, which opens onto a protected balcony.

All bedrooms are generously sized with walk-in robes, two with en suite bathrooms and the third has access to the sleek master bathroom, while there are two parking spaces.
Resident amenities include a swimming pool, spa, steam room, yoga garden, gym and library – along with access to the hotel’s room service, housekeeping, security and valet parking.
Although no price breakdown was available ahead of the auction, the Robards could make a hefty profit on their Queensland investment, with recent resales at the building reaching $7.1 million and $6.4 million – about $3 million more than the sellers paid – albeit for larger units at higher levels.

The highest recorded sale among the hotel’s 84 branded condos was $14.08 million for a full-floor penthouse owned by Ignite Travel Group president Randall Deer.
Mr Cherry said he had already turned down offers in the low $3 million range for the bachelor couple.
[We] I will miss it so much,” Heinrich said.
“It was great.”
PropTrack data shows that apartment prices in Burleigh Heads have risen by a whopping 35.4 per cent in the past 12 months to an average of $1.855 million.
