Writers behind series such as Austin, Apple Cider Vinegar, Bump, Invisible Boys and Fisk are in the running for annual industry awards.

Writers behind series like Austin, Apple Cider Vinegar, Bump, Invisible Boys, The Newsreader, Buren, FiskAnd Kangaroo beach have been nominated for the 58th annual AWGIE Awards.

The A.W.G.I.E Awards are the only Australian writing awards judged solely by writers, based on the script written – the writer’s intention rather than the final product.

The winners will be announced at the AWGIE Awards, hosted by Alex Lee and Suren Jayemanne, on Thursday, February 19 at the Parade Theatre, NIDA in Sydney.
