At home

Since the autumn of 2021 we have lived in our house from the 70s in Brottby. I did not know that this area existed before we moved here, but with all the beautiful meadows, rivers, that church ruin from the 1300s and green areas in the beginning is a cute little jewel that it turned out. Close to Stockholm but still a bit in his own world.

If we had a cozy café or someone in a restaurant nearby, it would have just been the top.

As lifted at Ekerö, I am used to driving in a bus and to think that it is a pleasant moment. Here I think it’s great that we have a bus directly in the city and that it goes all the time all the time.

But perhaps the best is that most people lived here since the houses were built here and that we as new residents were welcomed as in American films that everyone came to greet. And that everyone at the station where I pick up ceramic mail and packages knows what the grid is called. That she goes there and plays a company and receives a receipt. It is like in a small village but close to the city. The best of both worlds.

When we returned to the year in Dalarna, we also chose houses only for the possibility of having a ceramic studio at home. It is the luxury of my life when I get now and take the time to be there.

A beautiful summer evening photographed from the bedroom window. I like to wake up with this image.

Beautiful Brottby farm run by Fine Jessica. This photo of the evening after we heard that we were waiting for a grease. Something like that is forever etched in the memory evening. When the sheep came and met us at sunset.

The table has moved some space in our elongated living room/kitchen that is completely open. But the painting wall is always the same and probably what I like best.

The small walk of the bus longest beautiful old courtyards, mill and fields. Like a small skans price.

The best photos of here are from then TWWP and Mira Wickman were here for a chat.

My beloved little studio <3

If the garden is so beautiful, it is extra great to expand the living room, here Petra, Gunnel and I on the Gunnel scale.

So often Mini Gunnis fell asleep using the gravel path. Now it is paved so that the time feels extra encapsulated and valuable.

Eric must have all credit for our site. When we bought the house, it was a hill. Eric has sown it, cut and water to be completely green and great.

The ceramic studio wraps so beautifully against the veranda, so if I am there and make, I can see Eric and Gunnel when they play on the site.

The beautiful old mill halfway through the bus.

Gunnel and the obstacle course of MOOD.

Just outside the plot comes the beautiful field and the green. So nice to be able to open and have green. But a Gunnel is quickly at the station and a Pippic ice cream.

Her sun -yellow room always shines in the sun. And nice priest remover from @paula.atelier.

Sometimes it becomes and complains that there are only windows in two weather bars and a bit bad with storage. But I’m glad I have this place to call at home.
