If you’ve got a pampered pooch and a Bentley, you’re probably already doing pretty well, but a little extra good news can’t hurt, so allow us to announce that Bentley now has a range of pet accessories that custom fit into a Bentayga.
Load those hounds into the cargo area on their own padded liner with fold-out bumper protector ($1200). It is padded for comfort and waterproof to keep your luggage space clean and chafe-free. Heck, put your kids back there (just kidding, please don’t). For rambunctious retrievers, the item Bentley has called a custom dog guard ($950) blocks access to the back seat so no muddy paws reach the headrests.
If you (or your house manager) need to run some errands and pick up Fluffy from the groomer, Bentley has you covered with the Portable Luggage Divider ($900). Choose from three fixed positions and there is room for sausages and sausage dogs.
For rear-seat pups, Bentley offers rear seat protective covers ($900), which are custom-fit to your vehicle’s seating configuration and also provide full functionality so the center armrest, ISOFIX mounts and seat belt anchors are still accessible, meaning toddlers and terriers alike can enjoy their pup cups without ruining the leather. Upgrades are available for full protection with the larger rear seat protective cover ($900), which wraps the back of your front seats and limits access to the carpeted footwell and center console. With the extender you also get door cards to keep the rear doors scratch and drool free. Both the extender and door cards can be Velcroed into place to easily switch between dog and non-dog modes.
After all, what is luxury if you can’t share it with your best friend (but still have resale value afterwards)? Bentley’s dog-specific offering is just one example of how high-end car brands are looking to differentiate themselves with lifestyle-specific options. Sure, Subaru has been pet-friendly for years, but some dogs are more snobbish than others.
