Saif Hassan, who received four repetitions, led a lonely battle, scored 69 of 51 balls with the help of three four and five sixes. Kuldeep Yadav was the choice of the bowlers for India and ended with figures of 3/18 in four overs. Chakaravarthy and Jasprit Bumrah walked in with two wickets each.
Earlier in the game, ABHISHEK Sharma scored a breathtaking half century on just 25 balls. He hit 75 in just 37 balls. Abhishek was assessed player of the game for his whirlwind Klop. With this victory, India managed to book their place in Sunday’s final. They will be accompanied by the winner of Thursday’s collision between Bangladesh and Pakistan.
