Insight

With a proven management team and a high impact flagship active, Asara Resources leads a new era of golden discovery in West Africa and uses the same team that Robex’s 3.5 MOZ Kiniero project has established. The company owns 923,000 oz gold in mineral resources with a considerable advantage and offers a mandatory investment option for smart investors.

Overview

Asara Resources (ASX: AS1, FSE: ALM) leads the next West African gold rush of a strategic foot on the ground in Guinea’s underexposed Siguiri basin, an emerging gold district with more than 30 million grams of historical and current gold production.

The Kada Gold project of the company organizes a 923,000 oz, oxide-dominant gold source located just 35 km south of Angogold Ashanti’s 6.2 MOZ Siguiri-mine. Asara methodically applies the proven development model for ‘string-of-burner’ that has driven success in the region, supported by an experienced team that is responsible for setting up the Kiniero project, now a cornerstone asset for Robex (TSX: RBX). Guinea offers favorable jurisdiction for mining investments, with more than US $ 15 billion in the influx of resources sector since 2020 and a planned return to civil administration, it positions as one of the more stable West African jurisdictions compared to its neighbors in the Sahel region.

ASARA’s strategy in the short term includes: rapid growth of its resource base by 33,600 meters RC and diamond drills planned for 2025; A low-capex, oxide-first development strategy that promote juice roller with free dig, high gold and conventional carbon-in-leach (CIL) flow sheet; And maintaining upward exposure to copper and silver zinc through his Loreto JV with Deck and the optional paguanta assets in Chile.

With a strong infrastructure in the country, a targeted and proven leadership team and robust gold price of prices, ASARA promotes the KADA project to a construction-ready decision on a compressed and capital-efficient timeline.

Highlights of the company

  • Flagship Kada Gold Project -923,000 oz gold and count: 30.3 MT @ 0.95 g/t Gold with 59 percent oxide transitions us that more than 90 percent cil recovery shows and <3.5: 1 comic ratio; Resource stays open in each direction along a corridor of 15 km.
  • Aggressive growth gel transways: Three consecutive licensing requests (Talico, Banan and Syli) would increase the land package to 348 square kilometers and strike control to 35 km, of which only ~ 6 percent are drilled.
  • Experienced team that brought the Kiniero project from an exploration source to construction: Senior Executives previously changed Robex’s Kiniero from 1 MoZ to ~ 3.5 MOZ and in a C $ 750 million market capital company, with an identical on-ground team, relations in the country and proven workflows to Asara.
  • Strategic land package: Kada is located in the heart of the productive Siguiri basin (> 30 moz gold donation), only 35 km south of the Siguiri -my from Anglogold Ashanti.
  • Strong institutional support: Top 20 shareholders check 70+ percent of the company.

When Gold Project

Extensive grassy landscape of the Kada Gold project of Asara Resources

The KADA Gold project, located in the heart of Guinea’s productive Siguiri basin, is the flagship active of Asara and the primary focus of the development strategy. The project is currently organizing a Jorc 2012-compatible estimate of the mineral resources of 30.3 million tons (MT) assessment with 0.95 grams per tonne (G/T) Gold for 923,000 OZ contains gold, consisting of 391,000 Oxide, 145,000 OZ transition and 387,000 OZ fresh mineralization. About 59 percent of the resource is within the oxide transactional profile, with 24 percent of the total resource already classified as indicated.

The source is hosted within the deposits of Massa and Bereko, both of which remain open along the strike and at depth and sit along a regional scale of 15 km gold -bearing corridor. The mass payment alone is good for 906,000 oz of the total source and is characterized by shallow, wide zones of saprolitic mineralization ideal for low-strip, Open-Pit mining. Golden mineralization is associated with quartz-sulfide-tourmaline-stockworks hosted in metasediments with deep saprolite (> 100 m) and is susceptible to simple processing.

Geological map with formations, deposits and applications marked at the KADA project of Asara Resource

The mineralized zones are freely milling, with metallurgical testing that confirms cyanide lecture repair from 95 to 97 percent for oxide and 88 percent for transition/fresh ore. Conventional CIL processing is suitable, with fast logkinetics (less than 24 hours before oxide) and no need for recovery of gravity or oxygen injection. The ore has an average hardness, optimized at 80 percent with a grot size, 75 microns passes. From a geotechnical point of view, the project shows a low comic ratio (<3.5: 1), and the saprolite may be free of graves, so that mining costs are minimized.

The project is within 60 km from the Siguiri mining center and benefits from existing infrastructure, including paved roads and easy access to water. Asara is planning to carry out 33,600 meters drilling in 2025, including 24,000 m rc and 9,600 m diamond drills, to upgrade trust in the core of the resources and test extensions at depth and along strike. These campaigns will focus on mineralization north, south and west of Massa. Drill drills will be used to define kilometer-scale gold-in-soil anomalies on the Talico, banana and Syli license application. If granted, these licenses will extend the land ownership of Asara to 348 square kilometers and offer a 35 km adjacent footprint along the Siguiri Gold Trend, where traditional effects have already been mapped along important lithological contacts.

The Bereko deposit, located 10 km north of Massa, is currently housing a derivative source of 18,000 oz gold assessment with 0.94 g/t of shallow oxide, transitional and fresh material.

It is important that this MRE only 400 meters from a strike length of> 5.5 km covered with confirmed foundation of gold deviations. Historical drilling at Bereko includes remarkable interceptions such as 1.2 g/t gold of more than 27 m, 3.3 g/t Gold of more than 9.3 m and 8.8 g/t Gold over 3.3 m. Mineralization remains open in all directions and ensures a considerably upward potential with further drills.

Asara proposes a low-capex, staged development, anchored by starters in Massan and Bereko, followed by centralized processing infrastructure that is able to support future satellite deposits. This approach reflects the Multi-Pit strategy that is successfully used in Kiniero and Siguiri.

Loreto Koperen Project

Map of Pagunta and Loreto Mineral Prospects at the Loreto project of Asara Resources

The Loreto project of 100 percent is a large -scale Porphyry Copper Exploration project in Northern Chile, located between rental properties of Mining Majors BHP and Codelco. Under a joint venture with deck resources, deck can earn a 75 percent interest in the project by making $ 0.6 million in staged payments and spending US $ 17 million on exploration. The project houses a change of 2.3 km x 1.0 km with proof of a deeper porphy system, supported by mapping, geochemistry and Ztem geophysics. Deck is currently promoting social license and environmental studies to make drilling possible. Asara is fully supported under the JV structure and maintains strategic exposure to a copper world-class chance without capital obligations.

Paguanta project

Asara has an interest of 75 percent in the Paguanta project in Chile. The Active is an advanced silver-zink-Lead-Gold project with a defined JORC 2012 mineral source of a total of 2.4 MT assessment for 5 percent zinc, 1.4 percent lead, 88 G/t silver and 0.3 g/t gold. The Patricia payment contains a silver equivalent resource of 18.2 MOZ (236 g/t silver equivalent) and a zinc equivalent source of 514 MLB (9.7 percent zinc equivalent). Mineralization is hosted within epithermic veins with potential for porfier buyer at depth, including the newly identified Porphyry goal in La Rosa. More than 46,700 meters drilling is completed on the site and a partial feasibility study was previously carried out by Golder Associates. Asara actively evaluates strategic options to realize value from this actively.
