TRENTON, NJ Arnold Gonzalez will oppose Jahyae Brown in an eight-round welterweight bout that will serve as the co-function battle on a special Thursday night fight cardJanuary 16at the War memorial in Trenton, NJ.

The event is promoted by CB promotions and marks the launch of the Tuesday evening during the fighting series, a new monthly boxing showcase that will take place in locations across the East Coast. Despite the name of the series, the opening show takes place on Thursday evening.

In the 10 lap main eventpopular local favorite Shinard Forest (21-3-1, 17 KOs) of Hamilton, NJwill take over John Paul Manalong in a junior welterweight showdown.

Co-feature: Gonzalez vs. Brown

That of New York Arnold Gonzalez enters the co-feature with an impressive one 18-1 recordincluded nine knockouts. The 30-year-old welterweight is a seven years as a professor and comes from a eight-round unanimous decision victory on July 6, 2025in Dubai.

Standing across the ring will be Jahyae Brown by Schenectady, New Yorkwho has a record of 19-2 with 13 knockouts. The 26-year-old Brown is also a seven-year pro and is entering the fight at a six-fight winning streak. His recent run includes notable victories Domede poles (12-2-1) and a third round stoppage of Michael Ogundo on December 13, 2025in Boston.
