Sports MultiView is one of those features that makes Apple Vision Pro a viable purchase, so Apple is obviously willing to rush out the visionOS 26.3.1 update just to fix an issue with that feature.

It’s been two years since Apple Vision Pro hit the market, and there’s still no killer app. That said, the product has a lot of little features that make it worth it, and one of them is sports MultiView.

Apple released visionOS 26.3.1 on Thursday evening with a solution specifically for sports MultiView. The release notes state that a flickering issue may occur while using MultiView in the Apple TV app.

The update arrives just two weeks after visionOS 26.3 was released.

This feature is crucial during the sports season, especially when there may be multiple active MLS matches happening at the same time. It will be especially interesting for F1 content, which can have multiple views for one race.

MultiView was introduced as a feature in 2024, but very few media sources use it. The Apple TV app is becoming increasingly popular thanks to Apple’s investments in sports coverage.

The F1 season starts on March 8, so update your Apple Vision Pro and get ready for that MultiView experience. While there’s no spatial F1 content, having multiple virtual screens floating around a space is an incredible way to watch sport.
