An apartment owned by ‘nude model’ Dina Broadhurst sold earlier this year has been sold again – for even more money!
The stylish Darling Point garden apartment was purchased for $8 million three months ago in the name of Monique Fitzgerald, of Coffs Coast-based Luxury Beach Getaways, and her husband Michael.
But the couple had a change of heart about the move, and the three-bedroom harbor view at 7/22 Etham Ave went back on the market a month ago through the agent who sold it to them, David Malouf, director of Highland Double Bay Malouf.
The young gun agent was known to have several interested parties and sources report that he closed a deal worth just under $8.5 million with a local family.

That should come close to covering Coffs buyers’ stamp duty of around $500,000.
The planned auction of December 4 is now no longer necessary.
Broadhurst, whose 362,000 followers on Instagram have recently been treated to a series of increasingly raunchy images, had bought the property in 2022 with her then partner, builder Max Shepherd, for $5.2 million.
They then commissioned Studiojo’s interior designer Josh Knight for the lavish decor, which reportedly required them to take out a second mortgage of $1.16 million before foreclosing on.
The couple had separated in mid-2023 and the apartment had a guide value of $11.5 million for a December 2024 auction that fell through.
The apartment has three bedrooms.
At the rescheduled auction in June, the guide cost $8.4 million and previously sold for $8 million.
The renovated apartment, which offers 280 m² of indoor and outdoor space, looks fantastic, so it is no surprise that a buyer has been found quickly.
In an interview with Stellar magazine in August, Broadhurst indicated that she had rekindled her relationship with multi-millionaire businessman John Winning, founder of retail company Appliances Online.
They had been together for most of last year but had reportedly broken up.
But she said on Stellar: “After being apart for a while, we’ve reconnected with a much deeper bond. And we’re happier than ever.”
