A day after his older brother, Freddy Meyer VBU gave his dedication, NTDP-U17 Bound Carter Meyer followed. A 6’0 ”, 176 lb., links shot, Meyer was the best gun on a dynamic All-Freshman line (they all accelerate) together with Sam Pandolfo and Finn Sears. She, together with Freddy V, LED #7 Rivers of the Nepsac Elite 8 Tournament. England player of the year.
After the season he attended the NTDP evaluation camp and with his selection, Carter and his father became the first father-son duo that played for the NTDP.
Chris Peters from Flohockey noted that “at the age of only 16 a talent has shown a talent for scoring and reports that came from the NTDP tryout camp, suggested that he was one of the very best in the group.”
Meyer and his line sizes all played the eighth classes for Rivers, with Carter produced an 18-21-39 score line to lead the team in scoring. He also played in the past three seasons for the Boston Junior Eagles, coached by his father and voluntary assistant Jay Parolfo. The Eagles went to the USA Hockey 3 pm Nationals last spring.
Neutralzone ranked him the #1 in the US born ’09 and #7-ranged prospect in North America. Although selected in the first round of the QMJHL concept, Meyer has chosen to continue his career at Team USA for the next two seasons before he arrives on Agganis Way in 2027. He joins Brother Freddy and colleague 5 stars James Scantlebury In the 2027 class of the Terriers.

Known for his responsible, two -way game, Meyer is proud of being more than just a scorer. He initiates plays, breaks them up and contributes in all three zones, stimulates the property and supports his team at both ends of the ice.
Carter explains:
“For me it wasn’t just the skills, it was about being effective in the D zone and making more playing with speed,” he said. “Coming to the zone and being able to play of the hurry was something I really wanted to get better at. I saw a lot of growth all year round.”
FOllowing Meyer’s dedication today, New England Hockey Journal, who had called him Prep Player of the Year, wrote:
Meyer is a very competent center with an IQ and a ability to slow down the game in its own class. He has a pro -shot and thrives in doing small things to get under the skin of the opposite players. He has no problem playing on the edge.
‘It is built as Jack EichelSaid a coach in our End of season, anonymous Prep Coaches Survey. “An All-Round Pro that can skate, shoot, think, play and compete. He will be a high NHL-Pick.” “He had more influence on the game than every player I saw Prep coaching in 20 years,” added another coach.
Hockey journalist Mark Divver tweeted: “Every commit is promoted as enormously! On X, but this one is real. Kid has written a stud about him.”
The obligations of the brothers of Meyers mark the fourth time this century that brothers and sisters of different ages have been added to the terriers at the same time. The others are Macklin & Aiden Celebrini” Lane & Quinn Hutson And Vinny & Victor Saponariwho skated at BU’s National Champions 2009.
