UFC strawweight Amanda Lemos has withdrawn from her fight with Gillian Robertson at UFC Vegas 112 due to medical issues just hours before the fighters were set to enter the octagon at the UFC APEX.
First reported by David Van Auken.
The last-minute cancellation is a major blow to Robertson, who could benefit significantly from a win over Lemos, a former title challenger. Robertson, typically one of the division’s most active competitors with three fights and a wrestling match in 2024, will now close out 2025 having competed just once.
She will have to wait until 2026 to rebuild the momentum and continue her pursuit of a title shot.
Lemos ends 2025 with a 1-1 record. A win over Iasmin Lucindo earned her a spot at Noche UFC, but she ultimately came up short against Tatiana Suarez and dropped a decision.
UFC Vegas 112 continues with 12 fights:
- Brandon Royval vs. Manel Cape
- Giga Chikadze vs. Kevin Vallejos
- Cesar Almeida vs. Cezary Oleksiejczuk
- Morgan Charriere vs. Melquizael Costa
