Amanda Balionis hit the weekend critics of her interview with Rickie Fowler on weekends after Trolls had encouraged CBS to dismiss the reporter because he was too ‘negative’.
The 38-year-old spoke with Fowler after his impressive three-third round on the Charles Schwab Challenge on Saturday, giving him only four shots of the leadership.
During their conversation at the end of the round, Balionis was hit because he pointed to the average of the PGA Tour star – which is currently 125th on the Tour.
She also asked him how it felt to compete again to compete after a long period of ‘neutral’.
After the interview, Balionois shared screenshots on Instagram of two messages she received from Trolls, who burned her a ‘very unprofessional journalist’ and ‘negative’.
One of the relevant messages also claimed that CBS Amanda should have fired some time ago. ‘

“If we are talking about being you instead of trying to be what you think others consider ‘perfect’ or ‘good enough’ … Here is an example of how the latter is just an impossible and tapping task,” she said in the story that has been expressed since then.

Balionis, who led CBS’s reports in the second major of the season, shared photos on her Instagram from her interviews with Jon Rahm and Bryson Dechambeau. They both lacked their attempt to try to catch the final run -away winner, Scottie Scheffler.
But she wrote about Rahm and Dechambeau: ‘appreciate these two for taking the time to talk after a lut loss.
‘Just a memory that nobody is obliged to talk, it’s a choice. And to bring us in after they have come so close to a career performance, is great for the viewer. ‘
