Insight

Alice Queen combines the discovery and development strategy in the short term and is positioned to unlock a significant shareholder value due to its high impact gold Projects in Fiji and Australia. Supported by strategic investors, it offers a rare mix of the upward upward and long -term development potential in the short term.

Overview

Alice Queen (ASX:Wame) is one Gold exploration Company focuses on district scale discoveries and production options in the short term. The company’s flagship project is the Viani Gold project in Fiji, where early drill results indicate a large epithermic gold system comparable to other epithermal gold systems that are organized on the Pacific Ring of Fire with Fiji that also organizes the 10 MoZ Vatuoula Gold Mine. With a portfolio about the Pacific Ring of Fire and the most productive in Australia gold Belts, Alice Queen combines geological potential with strategic capitical access.

The secondary active of the company, Horn Island, contains more than half a million our gold in a JORC-compliant source. A previously released scoping study (2021) for Horn Island indicates an NPV of more than AU $ 500 million, after an internal update on the figures at AU $ 5,000/oz gold. Discussions with development partners are underway to unlock value from this active, which could produce more than AU $ 800 million in free cash flow about a projected eight -year -old mining life.

The shareholders’ register of Alice Queen is anchored by the development of Gage Resource (51 percent) and includes significant long-term and well-funded Australian investors. The company follows a balanced strategy of value creation by drilling success, strategic partnerships and income at money level.

Highlights of the company

  • High-Impact Discovery at Viani in Fiji: Drilling at the Viani project has confirmed a significant low-sulfidation epithermic gold system with mineralization over a strike of ~ 5 km, with test results from recent drilling.
  • Established Golden Source on Horn Island: The Horn Island project organizes a 524,000 OZ Jorc-compatible golden resource and is advanced through potential development partnerships and offers short-term opportunities.
  • Strategic financial support: Supported by large shareholder Gage Resource Development, a subsidiary of the Beijing Capital -based Gage (US $ 1.6 billion AUM), which guarantees long -term access and long -term support.
  • Exceptional leadership: Under the guidance of a very experienced management team with a successful track record in global business and resources development.

Important projects

Viano project

The Viani Gold Project, located at Vanua Levu, the second largest island of Fiji, is on the rise as the flagship survey by Alice Queen, with strong early indications of a large-scale, high-quality, low-epithermic gold system. The project includes more than 200 square km of underexposed land within Fiji that houses the Vatukoula Gold Mine, a deposition of +10 MoZ on the main island of Fiji, Viti Levu. The most important prospect of Viani, Dakuniba, has been the focus of extensive historical and current surface work, including Geul, rock chip sampling and limited historical drills, which have jointly defined a mineralized corridor that extends over ~ 5 km in percussion length. Assay results of the MAIDEN program have attached a loft potential of high-quality gold to 175 m.

Golden mineralization is organized in striped quartzaders and Quartz-Adularia Stockworks associated with strong argillic and silicic change, indicative of a classic low sulphidation system. Alice Queen has carried out detailed geochemical sampling and geophysical interpretation to define sinking seats, with phase 1 diamond drills that started in December 2024. The first hole, 24vdd001, intercepted zones of epithermic in the style, with visible change and sulfide mineralization. The geophysical signature of the host rocks reveals zones of magnetite destruction associated with change, offering a critical exploration sector for further target generation. More than a dozen discreet structural goals have been identified within the wider 7 km hydrothermal corridor.

The company is investigating follow-up drilling and potential geophysical (soil is allowed) surveys as a way to determine where the structures that house the mineralization broaden or dilate to refine these goals. The scale, change style and structural setting of the VIANI system suggest the potential for a significant gold discovery, with parallels with other worldwide productive vein-hosted systems in the Pacific Rim.

Horn Island Project

Horn Island, located in the Strait of Torres, about 17 km before the north coast of Queensland, is a development project with an existing Jorc 2012-compliant estimate of the mineral resources of 16.7 mt with 0.98 g/t gold for 524,000 us in the indicated and derived categories. The project is classified as a burglary -related gold system, characterized by vela vein systems, wide hydrothermic change and spread gold mineralization associated with late stage Felsic intrusives.

The source is centered on a historic open-Pit gold mine and remains open to northwest, with various extra prospects-included the southern silicified NOK-Geidified in the project area. The mineralized zone is organized in changed Andesite volcanic and quartz-field spat Porfier intrusives, with gold associated with pyrite, arsenopyrite and quartz carbonate-vein.

The project has a complete support from the community, including a free interest of 7.5 percent in the possession of the local Kaurareg Aboriginal people. It benefits from an excellent infrastructure, including daily commercial flights, access to the ferry to the nearby Thursday island and shipping connections to Cairns and Weipa.

Alice Queen is currently working on various interested parties in partnership discussions about Horn Island via Argonaut PCF. The company is optimistic that a partnership agreement can unlock a considerable shareholder value and reduce dilution.

Sabeto project

The Sabeto project is located in the Sabeto valley on the most important island of Fiji, Viti Levu, and is within a 15 km East-West Trending structural corridor that houses both epithermic and porphy mineralization. The project is located between the historic Vuda Gold Prospect and Lion One’s (ASX: LLO) Operating Tuvatu Gold Mine, which is organized in the Nawainiu -Dropty complex -the same pushy suite that underlies the Sabeto project area. Sabeto is interpreted to host a sub-Volcanic Porphier copper-gold Breccia system, with historical drilling that confirms wide zones of change and abnormally copper and gold values, coinciding with a ‘bullseye’ ztem resistance high anomaly. This geophysical feature is interpreted as a buried intrusive center, possibly related to mineralization in porphier style.

The upcoming exercise program at Sabeto is designed to test three priority goals, all defined by surface-geochemistry, geophysical signatures and Breccias in Diatreme style. Proposed diamond hole A will test west of earlier holes SBDD0001 and SBDD0004, aimed at potential lateral continuity of the mineralized pushy. Hole B is intended to drill under an exclamation of Diatreme Breccia with deviations with gold buyer, and under a considerable gold land abnormality 300 meters north of Gat SBDD0003. Hole C will test the southern size of a copper-anomal Diatreme Breccia zone that has been identified when mapping. The planned program of 1,800 meters is expected to start, after completion of the Viani phase 1 campaign and will further test the scale and fertility of the porphy system in Sabeto.

Boda East & Mendooran -Projects

Located in the heart of the Lachlan Fold Belt (LFB), one of Australia’s most fertile porphy terranes, his Boda East and Mendooran projects by Alice Queen and Mendooran Copper-golden reconnaissance assets at an early stage. Boda East is immediately adjacent to Alkane Resources’ (ASX:Alk) Boda and Kaiser deposits, which host large-scale porphy style copper-gold mineralization. Geological mapping and drilling in Boda East have confirmed the presence of porphyritic intrusives, hydrothermic breccias and scattered sulfide mineralization, consistent with porphyry-related change. Eleven holes have been drilled to date, with various crossing pathfinder elements and abnormal copper-golden figures. Further drilling is planned for vector in the direction of the core of the system.

The Mendooran project, which is further south in the LFB, focuses on large porphic copper-gold systems associated with the volcanic belt of the Molong. Historical drilling and surface demonstration have identified change halls and geochemical anomalies that are typical of porphy environments. These projects offer optionality and long-term upward exposure to bulk-Tonnage Koper-Gold mineralization and can be attractive candidates for joint venture or strategic partnerships with larger players who are active in the region.
