The long -awaited new clubhouse in Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, has won immediate worldwide recognition after he has been named one of the most important winners in the prestigious ‘Clubhouse of the Year’ annual prizes of Golf Inc. Magazine.
The stunning Deluxe building, which welcomed visitors this spring for the first time, was first placed in the ‘Best New Public Clubhouse’ category by the Judging Panel prizes, and Phil Henderson, general director of Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club, and Antonino Cardillo of the Al Zorah Development Team of the best of the Al Zorah Development Steam Las Resort.
The annual Award Free recognizes the annual award the best Golf-Course Clubhouse projects from the past year from all over the world. There are three categories – private, public and renovated/renovated clubhouses – with the assessment panel of Golf Inc of architects and professionals in the industry who assess every mention based on four criteria – efficiency, aesthetics, vision and sustainability.

The clubhouse designed by award-winning architect Annabel Karim Kassar and Annaka-placed materials from the Middle East in the spotlight, where Omani Marble holds the walls. Inspired by the themes of nature and inspiration, gradually sloping walls and deep green color palettes help the building to mix effortlessly with the rich surrounding vegetation.
Located just 2.5 km from the coast, the crown on the building is a lush bar on the roof and offers a panoramic view over the much -praised Nicklaus Design Course and Spectacular Arabian Gulf and the beautiful Al Zorah Mangrove Forest.
A new monument for the area, the beautiful clubhouse is also an important milestone in the development of Al Zorah City, one of the most exclusive and extensive destinations in the VAE.

In addition to receiving the coveted Golden Flag – awards during the 59club Middle East & Africa Service Excellence Awards for the second consecutive year, the club earned three awards – including the best golf course in the Midden -Oost – during the 2024 World Golf Awards.
