A’ja Wilson is the “Candy Corn Queen” for the Halloween Nike A’One

As the Nike Basketball ‘Halloween’ collection comes into full view, the Nike A’One ‘Candy Corn Queen’ taps into her love for the love-it-or-hate-it treat, joining Book 1, KD 18, Giannis Freak 7 and GT Hustle 3 in the capsule. Even without her personal context behind it, the white/”Chrome Yellow”/”Safety Orange” gradient in the upper is clearly derived from the Halloween snack, bringing it even closer to the source material as it drapes A’ja’s logo on the insole. Copper branding on the tongue, heel and Swooshes crystallize the autumnal ties here, making for another successful conceptual pair in Nike’s spooky SZN collection.

Official images of the GS sizing for the Nike A’One “Candy Corn Queen” are the only ones currently available, but this colorway has been confirmed to be available in adult sizes as well. Be prepared for a retail price of $115 and $90 respectively.
