Highlights this year include 400 artists joining forces for a Les Miserables finale, plus Jessie J, Stephen Fry and Madness.
ABC screens the Royal Variety Performance 2025 which returns to the Royal Albert Hall, hosted by comedian, actor and broadcaster Jason Manford in the presence of members of the Royal Family.
Opera star Katherine Jenkins leads the anthem with a line-up including:
• A breathtaking finale to the multi-award winning musical Les Misérables, in which 400 performers take to the stage, including Michael Ball, Matt Lucas, Katy Secombe, Bradley Jaden and Killian Donnelly, along with the cast from the West End and Paris, plus amateur companies from across Britain, to perform a phenomenal medley in celebration of the show’s 40th anniversary.

• An exclusive performance of the highly anticipated Paddington The Musical introduced by composer Tom Fletcher.
• Music from Jessie J will perform a very personal song, ‘I’ll Never Know Why’, and one of Britain’s most successful and best-loved bands, Madness, make their debut, plus the Grammy award-winning Laufey.
• National treasure Stephen Fry will also make a cameo appearance, just off stage in the West End production of ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’.
• There will be a spectacular, magical illusion from Britain’s Got Talent winner Harry Molding plus the incomparable and award-winning impressionist cast from the hit BBC series ‘Dead Ringers’.
• Plus, Sir Bob Geldof, Midge Ure and special guests introduce an incredible one-off performance of the Live Aid musical ‘Just For One Day’.
