Adani Total Gas Q1 Results: Cons Pat 4% yoj to RS 165 crore but sales rise 21%

Adani Total Gas (ATGL) On Monday a decrease of 4% in the Q1 reported net profit consolidated to RS 165 crore versus RS 172 crore in the period of the year ago. The profit after tax (pat) is due to the shareholders of the company.

The turnover of the company from the operation was RS 1,498 Crore that rose by 21% compared to RS 1,239 Crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year.

The pat was 7% higher at a quarterly-on-quarter base on RS 155 Crore reported in Q4FY25. The top line was 3% higher compared to RS 1,453 Crore in the quarter of January-March of FY25.

The income before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for the quarter were on RS 301 Crore and the installed EV -charging points rose to 3,801.

When submitting the stock exchanges, ATGL said that the total volume on JOJ -Basis rose by 16% in Q1 FY26. The CNG network rose to 650 stations and added 3 stations, while the PNG household increased to 9.90 Lakh PNG houses, an addition of 26,869 new houses.


The company increased industrial and commercial connections to 9,456 with 157 new customers added in the quarter in assessment. It completed a cumulative 14.197 inch km steel pipeline network. The combined CNG and PNG volume of 267 MMSCM was registered, an increase of 16%, yoj.

Adani Total Gas (ATGL) and JIO-BP partnership

ATGL and JIO-BP (Operating Brand of Reliance BP Mobility Limited) have signed an agreement to offer fuel offers to consumers. In commentary on the results, Ed & CEO Suresh P Manglani said: “During the quarter we achieved a robust volume growth of 16% with 16%, powered by an increase of 21% in CNG volumes. We have continued with the expansion of our CGD networks in all 34 Geographic territories (gas-bone) with more than 1450 inchines CNG stations and are very dense consumer base.

“Looking ahead, we are aimed at expanding not only our CGD infrastructure in our geographical areas, but also our LNG, e-mobility solutions and CBG (compressed biogas) companies. During the quarter we gave our first CBG station in Haryana,” he added.
