Across The Pond Profile: Fury Fighting Championship Fighter Anthony Wins | MMA UK

There will always be a certain weight class, big or small, where expectations are held at a level that only raises the bar for overall performance once they reach a certain potential ceiling after transferring from another competitive sport. In today’s episode of Across the pond, you meet an alligator with a weapon-wielding explosiveness ready to shake the cage floor and shatter the silent sting of heavyweight criticism for Fury Fighting Championship. A professional mixed martial artist and representative since April 2023 Death Cliff FC, Anthony Wint owns an undefeated 5-0 record consisting of three knockouts, one submission and one decision. Wins are 2-0 under the Fury Fighting Championship banner. His lone decision victory resulted in a split-decision ruling. All four of Wint’s finishes during his time as a professional MMA fighter came before the final bell. He has fought for several promotions during his tenure in the professional ranks, including Titan Fighting Championship, XFC Double Down Fighting Championship, and Fury Fighting Championship. Wint has spent his entire career in the United States, mainly in his home state of Florida and Texas.

In his professional MMA debut at Titan, he defeated FC 81 Luis Garcia via TKO in the second round. Wins submitted Jawaski Bethly at Double Down Fighting Championship 1 via rear choke in the first round to earn his first and only submission victory as a professional. He then defeated in his promotional debut under the Fury Fighting Championship banner on the main card of Fury FC 103 Omar El Sahlah via split decision to take his only decision victory as a professional. Wins defeated Emmanuel Verdier via technical knockout in round three at XFC Young Guns. He defeated Miles Banks in the first round on the main card of Fury FC Challenger Series 15. The win gave Wint the third knockout victory of his professional career, in addition to securing his first finish and second win under the Fury Fighting Championship banner. He also earned his fifth consecutive victory overall, beginning his journey as a professional mixed martial artist.

In the main event of Fury FC 117 on March 15, Wint will face Jamhal Tatum 6-3 for the Fury Fighting Championship Heavyweight title. Good luck Anthony!
