Across The Pond Profile: Cage Warriors Fighter Taylor Sullivan | MMA UK

To show no fear in the face of an intimidating road challenge, fighters must put aside their personal feelings and become a very different athlete in hostile territory than they are at home. In today’s episode of Across the pond, you’ll meet a proud rock-pouncer ready to step into the role of club spoiler at featherweight for Cage Warriors at the RDS in Dublin at Cage Warriors 200 on February 21 to open the promotion’s 2026 campaign with a landmark show of Irish MMA featuring the best and brightest talents of today and future jewels of tomorrow. A professional mixed martial artist and representative since June 2025 Lion’s Den MMA under head coach Dave Matthews, Taylor Sullivan owns a 1-0 record with his only win coming via decision. His only win during his career as a professional MMA fighter has resulted in a unanimous verdict over a three-round, 15-minute span on the judges’ scorecards. Sullivan has spent his entire career in Great Britain, fighting for the Xtreme Fighting Championships. He also fought for several promotions as an amateur before turning professional, including Cage Warriors Academy Wales and Golden Ticket Fight Promotions.

During his professional MMA debut in the main event of XFC 8 Assassin’s Revenge, he faced Marewan Ali and then defeated him by unanimous decision. The victory gave Sullivan the first decision victory of his professional career. He also achieved his first overall victory as a professional mixed martial artist.

Making his debut under the Cage Warriors banner on February 21 at Cage Warriors 200, Sullivan will face the debuting Alex Keogh in an affair at featherweight. Good luck Taylor!
