A summer turn to the west coast – Travel Friday

Summer also continued and the family tour. A week ago we waved Hello against the entire Karlskronagänget and rode to Strömstad instead. The sky was dark and the rain clouds hung tongue during these stormy days. Of course, Augustus has many great moments to offer in the future, but this was still a kind of thank you and hello to the summer vacation 2025 with a last planned holiday turn as a family. We spent our days on this.

We arrived in Bohuslän and Tobias Aunt in almost the same spirit as the Storm Floris …

… and therefore drove directly to rainy clouds, blown and sturdy rain.

In the evening it was cleaned up and I dreamed of making a favorite in reprise by jumping on the boat to the Koster islands. However, such an excursion did not allow the timetable …

… but the next day I got my boat trip elsewhere! Since Tobias and I met 20 years ago, he has promised to take me on the archipelago against the archipelago of Gothenburg. I’m not joking when I say it’s raining each As soon as we have actually been in the area and thought about the idea.

But you know what they say. “Suddenly it happens! “And” Better late than never. ” We took the car to Salttholmen, finally found a parking lot away from the harbor (type everything we found in the neighborhood were housing parking) and then took the tram to the boat. After consulting a Seabuse in the harbor, we let the council jump on the boat Ylva for a nice little tour with a stop at Asperö, Köpmansö, Vrångö and Styrsö. We have bought tickets by downloading the Västtrafik to Go app. When it rained? Absolutely, but at least we got half of the boat trip with half clear again without drops.

In anticipation of the evening, the plan was to press our annual visit to Liseberg. However, the weather made us reconsider and eventually it became cinema instead. The film choice was simple, The Dragon Coach is a perfect family film where both children and adults (five people between 10-51 years) were given part of the film. It is not so common, no.

We also had a birthday child to celebrate! Now she is fifteen in our fine and fantastic Julia. Sweets were taken for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in between we were very pleased in Gothenburg.

The original plan to go to the universe was changed to Prison Island after tips from Tobia’s brother. It turned out to be a clean tip for our family. The failed assignments have replaced each other in honor, but now the children are so large that there is more laughter than tears. Nice in many ways.

Everyone who has been to Boda will recognize themselves, but this place still feels a bit more like the “prisoners in the fort”. There are a lot of different arrangements to choose from – we have chosen to stay 1.5 hours, which felt reasonably good. The price tag landed on SEK 1300 for our family. Not cheap, but not expensive if you compare what we have for the money compared to, for example, cinema.

The afternoon was spent on various shopping assignments. Our new 15-year-old of course looked at which places earned a visit from which WOS (Södra Larmgatan) and Mossay (Nordstan) were two of them. Purchases were made and everyone was happy and happy.

For tonight’s dinner, Tobias Sushi Restaurants with high reviews googled and landed in Kashi Sushi and Kommen in Vasaplan. We drove home to the grandmother and grandfather of the children and the beautiful reviews turned out to be true!

The evening ended by looking around in various photo albums and nostalgia flowed. Thanks for this time the west coast, it’s always a pleasure!
