It’s July 17, 2019 and I spent my summer alone.
Erik and I decided to take a break at the end of May,
and everything feels strange.

and sleeps one night on the balcony.
They write a tropical day and I just know:
that you met someone else.
Missed breakfast and forgotten text messages,
worn out jeans and new scents.

I wander over the heights of Söder, a hair is cut
and all the emotions beyond.
Take a deep breath in Ivar Los and go for a morning swim in Haga.
The clouds rush through the sky and the heart with them.
A life is for more than just enduring.
I am driven by passion and real feelings.
To feel, to fall in love, to experience betrayal and jealousy.
Everything fits for three months.
It is August 17 and the sun has set.
Together with thousands of others, I turn my face away
towards the late summer evening.
The stage explodes and the heavens open.
Robin sings With every heartbeat and the rain pours down.
It is the penultimate song and the body responds to the vibration
the pulse of the audience. My shirt is sticking to the back of the shoes
is filled with water and we dance, as we dance.
I leave behind me a summer full of passion, betrayal and jealousy.
Take the step into a safe uncertainty and end up there.
On July 14, 2026 I will see Robyn in Copenhagen,
I turned 40, gave birth to a daughter and live in Skåne.
