Think cricketers and football players – one of the most free-spirited sports stars, with a lavish $12,000-a-week rental to boot, is one of the top names in a sport you wouldn’t think: professional darts.

Eighteen-year-old Englishman Luke Littler is the biggest name in darts and has just become a two-time winner of the PDC World Championship – the sport’s top prize.

As a teenager, Littler was known for enjoying a good kebab and a game of Call of Duty, but unlike most his age, he has moved his family into a luxury £6,000-a-month ($12,073) rental property thanks to his millions in winnings.

In his last world championship win, he walked away with £1 million (over $2.01 million) in prize money as he became the first player in a decade to win back-to-back titles.
