There’s something extra special about helping first-time homebuyers find the place where their story begins – and this wrap-up was the perfect way to wrap up 2025 and welcome 2026.
I was connected to S&J on the afternoon of December 30, with New Year’s Eve fast approaching. They had just started their search for a home they could call their own, and came across the perfect home ahead of schedule. Once we were pre-approved, we made a quick call and the rest was history! Within 24 hours of connecting, their offer was accepted and they were under contract on their dream home, just hours before early 2026.
It was clear why these two had fallen in love with this house. It is only two years old and offers a beautiful open floor plan that was unique among other new construction homes. With a beautifully spacious master suite on the ground floor and a fantastic kitchen to cook in, there was so much that made this home shine. The icing on the cake was the many parks and playgrounds nearby for their children to enjoy, and the minimal garden maintenance, allowing them to spend more time making memories and less time worrying about maintenance.
We moved quickly to complete inspections and successfully negotiated repairs prior to closing, giving my clients the peace of mind they deserve as they settle.
These amazing buyers were my last clients of 2025 and my very first closing of 2026 – truly the best way to start a new year. It’s been so fun to see them step into homeownership, and I couldn’t be more excited about all the moments they will create in this space.
