Welcome to another edition of 6-Banner Sunday, a joint production between The assembly call And In the hallWhere we emphasize the five most essential IU basketball stories from the past week, plus to see how the other IU sports programs are doing.
One of the characteristic non-conference games of IU now has a TV indication and tip time.
IU ladies’ basketball landed an important recruit, in the hall the series continued that every Big Tenploeg and football improved to 5-0. As usual, we will end with weekly shows and a look at other IU sports, which were emphasized by the volleyball team that saved Big Tenpel with several victories.

Banner #1 -TV -Designation and tip time announced for the UK -Game
With the full schedule now out, some games are now assigned a time and TV network. The last of these was announced for the Kentucky -Matchup.
The long-term rivalry was stopped after the “what-shot” in 2012 and this year the first matchup of the regular season since that legendary moment will mark. The start of a four-game series in the same number of years starts in Lexington on Saturday, December 13 at 7:30 PM ET on ESPN.
Banner #2 – IU Basketball -Pet for Ladies Basketball Countries
Some updates about recruitment took place this week for both men’s and women’s basketball. On the women’s side, Teri Moors quickly puts the best class together in the program history for 2026. The newest commit was Gigi Battle, who is the third top 60 player in that class of four in general.
On the men’s side, the Hoosiers offered a top perspective for 2027 in Jeremy Jenkins Jr.

Within the hall, the series continued and an example of all teams in the Big ten.
This week Wisconsin, Oregon, USC and Michigan State were demolished.
Banner #4-football survives in Iowa for the second consecutive 5-0 start
After Indiana had dominated the top 10 Illinois, which increased the Hoisiers in the polls, an even more difficult test was waiting this week.
Under the leadership of Fernando Mendoza, Indiana went on the road and Iowa walked in a Slugfest 20-15 to improve to 5-0.
Conference game continues two weeks from yesterday with another blockbuster. The Cream and Crimson have their second road race of 2025 when they go to Oregon.

In the podcast of the hall on the edge this week returned. The recently retired Rick Bozich Iu Basketball and Football discussed this.
