When thinking about your next strength training throughout the body, a yoga practice may not be the first to come to me. But it should be! Whether yoga counts as a strength training depends on the style of yoga and how you approach it, but there is no doubt that the right practice can give you and your muscles a serious training.
One of the best parts of utilizing your yoga to stimulate – and even to build – is that your body become The gym. It is a reminder that you only (and your yoga mat and some supporting props) have the capacity to improve your balance, muscle tension and health of the entire body that is needed are some strategically sealed forms.
