We are officially in week 4 of the Summer Shape Up ChallengeAnd if you feel your motivation fade or are not as fired as you were in week 1, that’s okay!
It is common for the motivation to fade, but it is so important to get on top of it so that you can continue to crush your goals. This is true Real transformation happens not only in your body, but in your mentality.
Here are tips for resetting your mindset, so that you can finish strongly in recent weeks!
1. Dump the “All or nothing” mentality
Missed a training? Didn’t eat something on your plan? Skipped your steps one day?
That’s okay. Things happen. You are human.
This challenge is not about being perfect. It is about building consistency and appearing again and again, even after a setback. One day off does not undo all your progress. Stop does. Let go of the debt and keep progressing.
2. Focus on non-scale profits
The scale is only one (very small) measure of success. What else has shifted?
Are your energy levels higher?
Do you sleep better?
Are your desires more manageable?
Have you held your goals longer than ever before?
These victories are important. They actually matter more. Start by keeping track of the progress you feel, not just what you see.
3. Visit your “why” again
You started this challenge for a reason. Perhaps it was to feel more confident. To stimulate your energy. To finally stay with a plan.
Take a few minutes with you today Connect again with your why. Write it down. Say it out loud. Put it on a sticky note and place it somewhere where you will see the rest of this challenge. When the motivation fades, you are why you keep up.

4. Shift from outcome to identity
Instead of saying, “I want to lose weight,” say, “I will be someone who prioritizes her health.”
Instead of “I want to be fit”, say, “I am the kind of woman that does not stop on her own.”
Pushing your focus on what you want to who you become is powerful. It gives you daily habits more to who you are instead of what you do.
5. Four how far you got
You have achieved week 4. That is a big problem. Most people don’t even take the step and start. But you did. You showed up. And you’re still showing up.
Take a moment and be proud of it. Then use it as proof that you can finish this challenge stronger than you started.

Ready for your reset?
Let this be your time to reset, concentrate again and Keep pushing forward. You have come too far to stop now. Let us close these last few weeks with intention, strength and trust.
You have this.
