The expression “lower back pain” can refer to different sensations – the familiar stiffness while you are in hours of your office chair for the first time. The unmistakable voltage when you lift a heavy furniture. Or maybe, like me, you have experienced a touch of discomfort after you have done something crazy – for example, waving your hips small Too powerful during an afternoon break. (Hey, it happens.)
Before you know it, the only words you can collect are: “Oh, sh*t.” Followed by: “What should I do now?”

After I hurt my back, I consistently turned to yoga practices on YouTube to illuminate my physical discomfort. Even after my lower back pain had disappeared, I continued to absorb yoga videos in my routine to keep feeling my best.

1. Yoga for back pain-20-minute piece | Yoga -dose
When looking for a new YouTube yoga exercise for lower back pain, I am always shocked by how many sequences immediately jump into intense pieces, such as Lage Lunge. That is one of the reasons why I appreciate this video through a yoga dose – it does exactly the opposite. The exercise starts with subtle movements, including lying on your back and turning your head next to each other.
Another reason why this practice stands out: instead of keeping your long time in static positions, which is not always relaxing when reducing the back reduction, it takes you to dynamic movements. Instead of still staying in the pose of bound corner, you close your knees a few times.
If my lower back is particularly sensitive, I skip some of the more challenging exercises (especially the slow crunch-like movements). There is no music, which means that complete focus can be moved within your limits.

There is just something with yoga with the early videos from Adriene that are from top class. Perhaps my attachment comes from nostalgia, because I have returned to this specific practice for years for lower back pain lighting. But the primary reason that I am a repeated customer is the fact that the video includes everything I need if I tend to make pain relief – slow movements, opportunities to close my eyes and feel the sensations in my body, and frequent, friendly pushers of the teacher to listen to listening to myself And skip what doesn’t feel right.
Poses that may seem scary to approach with lower back pain, such as forward bending, are quoted with extra attention for the approach (ie the emphasis on bending the knees). Nevertheless, the pieces that he offers include variations of happy baby, the pose of the child and the backbone turns. The best part? They are all practiced from the comfort of your own bed. Becker gives many tips for avoiding compression in the lower back while warming it up and illuminating it in motion after you have woken up. This is a soft practice, especially for those whose lower back are not have in the morning.
