Three Postal of the United States Employees in New York City are accused of alleged kidnapping and try to rap their colleague behind a truck after a party in 2023.

Edward Chou, 40, Kirt Acala, 38, and Daniel Jean, 38, are sued in the Supreme Court of the state of New York of second -degree kidnapping and kidnapping in the second degree as a sexually motivated crime.

Jean was also accused of “attempted rape in the first degree, attempted sexual abuse in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree and forced to touch.”

The public prosecutor in Manhattan, Alvin Bragg, stated: “As said in this indictment, these three post -employees dragged their disabled colleague from a post office and to a postal car, where they tried to rap her.”

He added: “We take investigations and persecutions of sexual violence extremely seriously and have the surviving centered services and means to help those who have been sexually abused.”

Three employees in the United States in New York City are accused of dragging an unconscious colleague to a postal car, where one of them reportedly tried to rape her.

Daniel Jean, 38, Kirt Acala, 38 and Edward Chou, 40, are all accused of sexually motivated kidnapping. Jean is also confronted with extra charges, including attempted rape and sexual abuse.

“As claimed in this indictment, these three post -employees dragged their disabled colleague from a post office and to a postal car, where they tried to rape her,” said the public prosecutor Alvin Bragg, in a statement by Manhattan, on Wednesday in a statement. “We take investigations and persecutions of sexual violence extremely seriously and have the survivor centered services and means to help those who are sexually abused. The alleged incident took place in June 2023 during a birthday party after work at a post office in the East Village of Manhattan, where the men and the woman all worked.

The charges of news only come a few days after the American Postmaster General Louis Dejoy resign.
