Yoga is a way of life. For most students the exercise starts on the mat, but as soon as you find your power, you start to realize that yoga touches everything you do. From exploring the accompanying philosophy to concentrating on breath and mindfulness, the effects of entering your yoga age is a perspective moving experience.
