The process from here for qualified teams:

In the coming weeks, WPV will contact each of the qualified countries to confirm their participation in next year’s World Championships. If a country cannot participate, or does not wish to participate, or does not confirm his or her participation, its place will be offered to the next highest ranked, not yet qualified team based on the world rankings, until all 16 spots are filled. So keep an eye on this correspondence to confirm your position. Additionally, start preparing to pay your entry fee in early 2026 – as teams that don’t meet their deadlines may be replaced by an alternative.

Hangzhou is a spectacular city – famous for its scenic beauty, especially West Lake, and its historical significance as the ‘Capital of Silk’ and a former imperial capital, and known for its Longjing (Dragon Well) tea and its modern status as a major technology center – a wonderful place to showcase sitting volleyball, and our first World Championships to be held in the ParaVolley Asia-Oceania Zone.
