CSA’s vision of the World Cup
CSA chairman Pearl Maphoshe said that the tournament will be ‘diverse, including and united’, with the aim of offering a unique cultural and sporting experience.
CSA President Rihan Richards emphasized that it was 24 years ago that Africa last organized an ODI World Cup and emphasized the opportunity to bring in new fans, especially via digital platforms.
With matches spread over three countries, the World Cup 2027 will not only present Cricket, but also the cultural wealth of Africa, making it a memorable event for players and fans worldwide.
