With four model variants, the 2026 Zontes 368 V2 scooter series is now available in Malaysia, with prices starting from RM23,800. Zontes’ four scooter models are the 368D (RM23,800), the 368E (RM25,800), the 368G (RM28,800) and the newest member of the family, the 368K (RM27,800).

The Zontes 368 range – the D and E models – was brought to Malaysia by Eurotech Wheel Distribution and was previously shown at the 2025 Malaysia Autoshow 2025, but was held back ahead of the much improved version of two models that have now been released. The four scooters, which all have the same engine, are differently styled to suit different riding styles and tastes.

Power for the Zontes 368 V2 comes from a SOHC, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with a displacement of exactly 368 cc. Powered by Bosch EFI, the Zontes 368 produces 38.2 hp at 7,500 rpm with 40 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm, which goes to the rear wheel via a CVT gearbox and belt drive.

As previously mentioned, there are four 386 models, intended for a specific riding style, or what Zontes calls ‘Geng4Ride’. In Zontes marketing terms, the 386D is for the “Geng Stylo”, the Zontes 368E is for the “Geng Konvoi”, the 368G is for the “Geng Explorer” and the 368K is for the “Geng Healing”.

Your guess is as good as mine as to what these terms actually mean, but we can tell you that several improvements have been made to bring the 368 scooters to version two. Chief among these is the addition of cruise control to the entire range, made possible by ride-by-wire throttle control and Bosch throttle control.

Other standard equipment includes tire pressure monitoring, traction control and dual-channel ABS, along with Bluetooth connectivity between the rider’s smartphone and the Zontes SmartApp 3.0. Another driving convenience feature is the installation of an electric windshield, which is adjustable while driving, on the 368 D, E and K models.

Brakes for the 368 scooters with single brake discs at the front and rear with a four-piston caliper at the front and a single-piston caliper at the rear. Suspension consists of adjustable upside-down forks at the front and twin shock absorbers that hold the rear up, while a parking brake is standard.

Starting with the Zontes 368D, this is the smallest and cheapest scooter in the range, weighing 175kg and having a 12 liter fuel tank, making it 25kg lighter than the previous model. There’s a 20-litre storage compartment under the seat, as well as two small storage compartments in the front bucket, while color options are grey, black and green.

The 368D rolls on 15-inch wheels at the front and 14-inch at the rear, fitted with 120/50 and 140/70 tires. Standard are heated grips and two driving modes – Touring and Sport, with driving information displayed on a 4.75-inch full-colour HD TFT instrument cluster and a front dash camera.

Next up is the Zontes 368E, designed for long-distance convoy rides in the company of friends. The 368E comes with heated grips and seats to increase rider comfort, while floor space is a generous 260mm, allowing for plenty of foot positions, and there are two color options: gray and black.

Under the seat there is a 50 liter storage compartment that can fit two full-face helmets, and the luggage rack is ready to be equipped with a storage box and mounting plate. The weight of the 368E is 186 kg, while there are 17 liters of fuel in the tank, with J Juan braking on the front wheel.

Moving up to the 368G, this has been the best-selling model in the Zontes 368 range since its launch in January 2025. For the adventure rider, the 368G has a very similar style to That adventure scooter, and comes standard with extra lighting and crash protection.

The 368G’s windscreen is manually adjustable and there are two seat options: standard with 770mm seat height and 155mm ground clearance, and the high with 795mm seat height and 180mm ground clearance that will be available soon. The fuel tank capacity is 17.5 liters and there is a 52 liter storage compartment under the seat.

Zontes’ quartet of scooters is completed with the 368K, designed for long distances. Only available in gray, the 368K is slightly longer than the other 368 scooters, weighing 186kg making it stable at highway speeds.

Underseat storage measures 50 litres, large enough for two full-face helmets, while riding information is displayed on a 6.75-inch TFT-LKCD screen. Other driving features include a power-adjustable windshield, a magnesium rear luggage rack that can mount a top case, front and rear cameras and auto-sensing LED projector headlights.
