Recommended start time for round 2
Heading into this week’s Pebble Beach Pro-Am, Jordan Spieth is looking for a spark where he’s found one before.
The three-time major champion and thirteen-time PGA Tour The winner, who is battling for a career comeback this year, started his season solidly with a T24 finish at the 2026 Sony Open. But at last week’s WM Phoenix Open, Spieth struggled to a 75 in the second round and missed the cut.
Now he hopes a return to Pebble Beach, where he won the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am at his career peak in 2017, will inspire a return to form. He has a lot of work to do in terms of elite competition, especially from Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler.
After playing Spyglass Hill in the opening round, Spieth switches to Pebble Beach for Round 2, where he tees off alongside Xander Schauffele on Friday at 1:16 PM ET.
