2025 NFL Preview: New York Giants

Greatest strength: defensive line

The New York defense line has the potential to be a matchup nightmare. Dexter Lawrence is the highest defensive tackle of the NFL in the past three seasons, and he anchores a front that could be the best of the competition. The Randrotation-Brian Burns, Kayvon Thibodeaux, Chauncey Golston and first round Pick Abdul Carter Offert a mix of speed, strength and versatility. With so much talent in advance, the Giants have all the tools to consistently disturb games in the trenches.

Biggest weakness: attacking line

There are questions about the offensive line of the Giants after the device finished 28th in PFF quality last season – and most group returns. A healthy Andrew Thomas at the left tackle would be an important boost after two injuries plagued by injuries. After missing the first six weeks of last season as a result of injuries, Russell Wilson helped to guide the Steelers to the play -offs with a stable, efficient game. His characteristic deep ball remained a force. His 97.3 passing degrees on throws of 20-plus air yards led all qualified Quarterbacks. Wilson also kept taking care of football, binding Lamar Jackson for the second lowest turnover-worthy playing speed (1.6%) among qualified passers.

Offensive player: Wr Malik Nubers

Despite the unstable Quarterback game of the Giants, Navers flashed the star potential in his Rookie season. He ended with the second most goals and the third most receptions in the NFL and earned an impressive reception of 87.1. Nubers was just as dangerous after the catch, forcing 19 missed tackles, the seventh of all broad recipients.

Defensive player: Di Dexter Lawrence

Dexter Lawrence is perhaps the best nose equipment in the NFL. In the past three seasons, he leads all interior defenders with a general figure of 93.4 and a 90.4 Run-Defense figure. He is also in second place only for Chris Jones with a 93.1 Pass-Rush figure in that period. While injuries limited his season 2024, Lawrence remains an immobile power when it is healthy.

Rookie to watch: Edge Abdul Carter

Abdul Carter enters the NFL with a lot of hype, thanks to its elite pass-rush production in Penn State and a playing style reminiscent of Micah Parsons. He is in second place of all FBS Edge Defenders last season with a 92.4 Pass-Rush figure and 66 total pressure. Carter, a former Linebacker, has the versatility to win from any posture and to align over several holes. His skills not only bring high-end talent to the front of the Giants, but also gives defensive coordinator Shane Bowen a new schematic weapon.

Fantasy Spotlight: RB Cam Tax Bo” New York Giants

Skattebo was the slowest of the top 11 projected Rookie that ran back, on average a maximum speed of 0.7 miles per hour less than the next nearest run. However, his large size compared to his height makes him great in converting first downs. His 33.6% First Downs per attempt was the highest of the same top 11 -ridges in the class. He ended up with the New York Giants, where there is a chance that he could win both the early and the decline, even though he was set up in the fourth round. His great game on non-perfect blocked runs, given the attacking line of the Giants, should give him a lead over the other New York Runnen.

Best bet: RB Cam Skattebo Lake 3.5 Hurry TouchDowns (-115)

Although Skattebo will share the Backfield with Tyrone Tracy Jr. And Devin Singletary, he will play a crucial role in the short-yardage attack of the Giants. Tracy and Singletary struggled to score near the goal line last season.
