Triple-A Nashville (72-58)
Second half record: 28-29
C Jeferson I Want (No. 4): 3-out-15, 2 2b
MLB Pipeline’s No. 64 general prospect seems to be after a year after missing one year Because of a shoulder injury. Quero placed a OPS of .688 in June and .703 in July – respectable figures, but nowhere near the .779 Ops that he placed in his last full season (2023). This month? Even after a bit of a week, Quero’s Ops is exactly 1,000.
Quero also leads the sounds in RBI (20) and doubles (7) since the calendar changed until August. 10 of his 18 hits this month went for extra bases. Closing the year strongly would only increase the BIG-League selection in 2026.
RHP Craig Yoho (No. 16): 2 1/3 IP, 2 H, 1 er, 3 BB, 3 So
LHP Robert Gasser (no. 18) – Rehab: 5 IP, 6 H, 4 ER, 2 BB, 9 K
Gasser was officially activated this weekend from the IL and was chosen for Triple-A Nashville. He is on the schedule of 40 men and is eligible to play in the late season if the Brewers need him. Gasser was electric with the Brewers last year before he tore his UCL, so he probably doesn’t have to wait long to get another shot in the big competitions.
1b/Van Tyler Black (no. 24): 7-Uit-16, 2B, HR
RHP Coleman Crow (no. 25): DNP
RHP Chad Patrick: 6 IP, 2 H, 0 er, 3 BB, 5 K
LHP Tate Kuehner: DNP-posted on 7-day IL on 26 August
1b Rhys Hoskins-Rehab: 6-Uit-18, 3 2B
Second half record: 24-33
SS Cooper Pratt (no. 3): 7-Uit-23, 2 2b
It is striped, but 3/5 months with an OPS of .750 or higher … really good. Pratts .842 Ops in August was the highest ops of every short stop in the Southern League. He has been putting elite numbers for weeks, which should serve as a reminder that his ceiling is one of the highest in the farming system of the Brewers.
1b/3b Luke Adams (no. 8): 2-F0R-10, 2 2b during rehabilitation in High-A Wisconsin
Van Luis Lara (no. 12): 1-from-21
1b/3b Brock Wilken (no. 17): 2-from-15
Wilken returned this week after missing more than two months with a disrupted patella. Milwaukee’s 2023 First round Pick still leads the Shuckers in Thuis Runs, with 18.
RHP Tyson Hardin (no. 20): 2 IP, 2 H, 0 er
The 23-year-old right-handed has had a breakout season between Wisconsin and Biloxi, with a 2.68 ERA over 87 1/3 innings. Hardin, however, was closed briefly at the end of July after reporting not ‘Recover”Between Starts. Biloxi is clearly trying to limit his workload in the future, because Hardin has thrown only three innings over two starts since the return.
1B Mike Boeve (no. 27): 2-out-7
1B Blake Burke (no. 29): 6-F0R-23, 1 HR
Do you know how I said Pratt last month had the highest ops of a short stop in the Southern League? Burke (.964) had the highest ops in the entire Southern League. ABOUT 80 Points. I know I will continue to say it, but I will say it again: he must be ranked much higher than no. 29 in the Brewers organization.
RHP KC Hunt: 2 g, 11 IP, 8 H, 2 er, 2 bb, 12 K
RHP -Wichrowski sign: 6 IP, 5 H, 3 ER, 3 So SO
RHP Jaron Deberry: 4 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 3 BB, 3 So So So
Deberry has been mentioned by baseball America as “one of the more underrated pitching prospects in baseball.” The 23-year-old right-handed has recently made their list of 10 MLB Pitching -Prasts with striking data in August. Deberry does not throw super hard, instead, instead, succeed with a wide arsenal of pitches and above -average movement on his pitches. He gets movement due to high spin speeds-deberrry’s business card, a high-80s cutter, is normally in the 2700-2800 RPM range.
Second half record: 19-40
SS Jesús Made (No. 1): 10-Uit-23
Made quickly proves that he can get high. He now has a .986 Ops like a wooden rattler after a scorching week on the plate. The 18-year-old Infielder has only gotten better since he is promoted and fulfills his invoicing as a top perspective.
One thing to look for with Made Going Forward is consistency. Made also started hot with Single-A Carolina (.949 Ops in April) but failed to reach .800 in another month. I do not try to imply that his figures are a coincidence in August – he is certainly talented enough to set up a .900 Ops in a certain month. However, I would see him do it for a few months before I regards him ready for another promotion.
SS Luis Peña (no. 2): 1-F0R-21
Unlike made, the transition to High-A has been rough for Peña. He only hits .163 with a .543 Ops since he joins the wooden rattlers. It is also a small sample size (80 perches), and it still hits the ball hard. Development is not linear. Come back a few weeks.
1b/3b Andrew Fischer (no. 6): 6-out-19
RHP Bishop Letson (No. 7): 2 1/3 IP, 4 H, 2 er, 1 BB, 3 K
C Marco Dinges (No. 10): 3-out-12, HR
2b/SS Josh Adamczewski (no. 13): 2-from-21
RHP Manuel Rodrig: 10 2/3 IPS, 11 H, 4 ER, 12 K, 2 BB
RHP Travis Smith: 4 1/3 IP, 7 H, 5 er, 2 BB, 4 K
Single-A Carolina (65-56)
Second half record: 29-28
Van Beylon Payne (no. 8): 4-from-15, 2B, HR
Of course, it has been a “up and down season” for 19-year-old Payne, but his seasonal statistics (.759 Ops) look very solid. He has put together a few hot stripes (1,155 Ops in July) that offer a look at his enormous potential.
SS/3B Brady Ebel (no. 11): 7-out-20
Ebel, drawn up no. 32 in general this year’s design, now .275 (11-out-40) with the mudcats.
RHP Bryce Meccage (no. 15): DNP
Inf Eric Bitonti (no. 19): 3-from-21
Bitonti has had a tough month – he only cuts .186/.280/.302 since 1 August.
RHP Ethan Dorchies (no. 21): 5 IP, 6 H, 6 ER, 3 BB, 8 K
Van Jose Anderson (no. 30): 3-out-18, 2b
RHP Jayden Dubanewicz: 5 IP, 2 H, 0 er, 5 K
SS Filippo di Turi: 0-out-13

- From Beylon Payne (A): .244/.364/.395, 8 hours, 30 SB

Jesus made this week .435 struck three Doubles. Made now .356/.434/.552 to 87 percussions with High-A Wisconsin.
The Brewers are clearly enthusiastic about the Made bat, but he looks better and better in the field as the season continues. Good footwork and great hands of the prospect of the Brewers:
