Two employees in a surgical center in South California are accused of attacking American immigration officers and disrupting an ICE study in a confrontation that is recorded on video.
Jose de Jesus Ortega, 38, from Highland, and Danielle Nadine Davila, 33, from Corona, were accused of a federal complaint when attacking a federal officer and conspiracy to prevent a federal officer during a July change in Ontario, about 50 miles.
Ortega was arrested on Friday morning and is expected to be on Friday afternoon in a courtroom on the river. Authorities are looking for Davila. It was not immediately clear whether they have a lawyer show could comment on things against them.
